Exercise, Holiday-Style . . .
Burn calories by staying active with holiday festivities! I know your schedule is tight and it's hard to fit in your regular exercise. Try to look for other ways to stay active. Try taking a walk to look at decorative lights at night, parking further from stores so you have to walk further, taking stairs instead of elevators and escalators, and take pleasure in knowing that activities you're going to do anyway are going to burn calories too!
