Healthy Thanksgiving Meal TipsThere are many ways to keep Thanksgiving from being a meal you regret. The first way, is to just not eat too much! (I'll give you tips on how to do that below.) Making activity a part of your holiday tradition is another way to keep from overloading on the calories. Try suggesting a family walk or tag football ritual. Exercise before the meal will keep you from wanting to overeat and diminish the benefits of your exercise. Planning exercise after the meal, will keep you from eating to the point of being overfull since you know you'll have to leave the couch! Some other suggestions for food choices:
