Exercise Program Designed by Maren

Maren will design a customized exercise program - just for you, taking into account your health history, initial assessment findings, past exercise records and current goals. The program will have pictures of the exercises along with written instructions. This program might consist of:

  • Strength training. (Using dumbbells, stability and medicine balls, xertubes, etc. and any other equipment you have available.) Sample program.
  • Flexibility work. Sample program.
  • Balance and/or neuromuscular training. (Format similar to strength or flexibility training program design.)
  • Cardiovascular exercise. (Can be geared toward weight loss or toward a specific race event.)

This program can be emailed to you in .pdf format, or delivered in person during any scheduled session.
