Dropped 40 pounds…

In getting myself back into shape I needed someone I could trust to create a program that was right for me and keep me on target to reach my goals. I started up with Maren and the results thus far have been very satisfying.  I could not have made the transformation in my life this year without her steadfast support and sometimes tough love.
